Between The Wars Part 3

Embellishment was made very popular in women’s wear during the 1920’s. I began to think how could I incorporate this into my garment?

I came across a suit designed by Viktor and Rolf that had an embellished lapel truly beautiful. I then thought about the photograph of the skull and cross bone from RAF Cosford so I did a sample of a skull to see what it would like. I was pleased with the sample and thought it an option for a detail on either my jacket or trousers.
