Deadly Rhythm

So Saturday I headed down to Plan B in Brixton on their re-opening weekend for Deadly Rhythm. When I got there the darnce was all ready in full swing with Starkey who had flown in from Philly supplying the filthy beats. I made my way downstairs to have a glimpse in on Oneman, I was pleasantly surprised to see an older crowd down there reminiscing as Oneman took them back on a journey through the roots of garage then gradually going on to play his signature sound. I was hyped up and looking forward to seeing Sticky play but unfortunately he could not make it due to flight problems.
I made my way back upstairs to catch the sounds of Croydons very own Plasticman as I have longed to see him play for to long but never got the chance till now. He didn't fail to disappoint it was everything I expected and more. Plastician really knows how to win the crowd over by merging grime and dubstep to make a style that is instantly recognisable as his own.

By the end of Plastician's set I was dead on my feet my legs no longer knew how to work so it was time to call it a night and make that dreaded journey back to North London!
